Philosophy

There are a lot of Search Engine Marketing firms out there, and each can have a very different approach to how to achieve high rankings. Rocket Rankings has always believed that there are no shortcuts in an effective campaign, and that a well-written and smartly-constructed website is what will serve you, your customers, and your link partners best in the long run.

With this in mind, we always try to balance great website building practices with efficient and nimble optimization practices - to give you results as quickly as possible, but with long-lasting benefits.

Here are a few things that we WON'T do:

  1. Use link farms, invisible text, doorway pages, or other shady practices to get you rankings.
  2. Stuff your content so full of keywords that your users will think they're reading a foreign newspaper rather than a website.
  3. Promise you a #1 placement on Google. (If any SEO company promises you this, RUN as fast as you in the other direction.)

Here are a few things that we WILL do:

  1. Clearly communicate and explain any aspects of your campaign to you - before, during, and after your optimization. Yes, there's a lot to Search Engine Marketing, but you're entitled to and should understand basic principals and practices.
  2. Recommend ways you can make your site more valuable, not only to the search engines, but to your users as well. This may include recommending additional content, ways you can improve the organization of your site, and website practices to avoid.
  3. Give you customized strategies for your specific business/industry. One size does not fit all when it comes to Search Engine Marketing. The approach all depends on the type of business you have, the price of your goods and services, and the kind of demand that exists in the marketplace. Our goal is to understand your goals, and tailor a campaign that will maximize return on investment for you.
